he got burned when he was a younger colt by his powers on his eye and that's how he got his cutie mark....he recently burned his hoof on accident when he was practicing a spell his mane and tail was originally gold but when he lost his parents when he was a little colt, his hair and mane changed color due to the fire that killed his family and city people he is adopted by a nava pony chief and is now next in line for chief hood
